Hi, I’m Jess.

I know how to fight to survive – because I’ve been doing it my whole life.

Raised by a strong single mother in South Africa, I learned early on that no one is coming to save you.

When my children were born, we spent five years in the medical system – 18 surgeries, endless dismissal, and being told nothing was wrong while my boys’ health wasted away. Trusting my gut, I fought back, took their health into my own hands, and saved their lives.

Today, I’m a Motivational Keynote Speaker and Nutrition and Health Coach who uses that journey to inspire others to take back control – because when you change your health, you change everything.
