I have laid my children in a surgeons arms 18 times. There were times when I didn’t feel strong, but there was never a time where I was going to give up.

The biggest lesson I learned in that process is that phyisical health is a sacred gift ✨,

And a portal to anything you can dream is possible.

Cherish your body. It’s never a sacrifice if it heals you and makes you stronger.

There’s a daily ritual that I practice every mor

There’s a daily ritual that I practice every morning when I wake and every night when I go to bed.

It’s not complicated and doesn’t require any extra time.

I simply ask myself: “what do you need today?”

And as I go through the motions of my morning walk or coffee, or brushing my teeth at night, I think about the options of healthy food, water, sleep, exercise, stillness and self care.

And the answer always comes.

Instantly 💫.

Our bodies have an innate intelligence that is always communicating with us,
if we simply just make the space to ask.

Today, she said water.

And so hydration is my priority.

Mind perceives alignment with goals, a natural rejection of what’s not good, **OKAY THEN we don’t need that!* and starts to build solutions for something else 🤩
