Imagine this: if you don’t even know what your body is asking for … how can you take that first step?
Reconnecting to your body helps to heal your relationship with yourself and with food and it also helps you to make sense of what you need to be eating that’s right for you. The internet is so confusing… so here’s a simple hack for you:
When you wake up in the morning, create a morning ritual where you check in with your body for one minute. You ask yourself what you need.
You ask yourself:
- How did I sleep?
- What’s my water intake?
- How many veggies did I eat yesterday?
- And so on…
And by simply doing a practice of checking in with your body in the morning, you can start to heal your relationship with yourself and with your food and get on the healthy eating wagon again.
Because when you heal your relationship with food, you heal your relationship with your body…. and you heal your relationship with yourself.
