Both helpful… but in different ways!

📌 Fermented foods have loads of different naturally occurring bacteria as well as fibre and prebiotics - plus they’re super cheap.
Makes them a great option for general maintenance and gut diversity.

📌 Probiotics are more targeted. Different strains do different things plus QUALITY MATTERS! So if you know what you’re targeting … (hint get tested) then high dose prescription probiotics are an amazing 🤩 option for restoring balance based on the actual problem.
