Flew to Sydney this week ✈️ to deliver this keynote for @bigredgroup and it was all about sharing the power of **trusting your instincts** and taking ownership of your health and mindset.

Like most of us 🤪, the BRG team has had a transformative year—navigating growth, change, and preparing for what’s next. My message to them about thriving in a big happy joyful life was clear: **your health is the foundation, and your mindset is the tool.**

It was such an honor to share my story and strategies with this incredible team, empowering them to trust their gut (literally and figuratively!), build resilience, and step into 2025 with intention.

Grateful for this moment 🙏, this platform, and the chance to inspire others to take control of what truly matters.

Lots of walking, fresh food, coffee on the naughty stool ✋🏻 and even some seafood on the harbour with a seagull named Larry.

Our vibration attracts where we are at the moment, and everything changes when we change the way that we think.

If we want better, we have to visualize.

We have to visualize health, happiness, joy, and life.

We have to give ourselves permission to create a reality we truly want to see.

When we shift our vibration to a high frequency, everything changes. 🥰

Give from that place.

Give love.
Give light.
Give happiness.
Give joy.
Give hugs.

Because in giving from that high vibration, we open. 💫

I try hard to be a good mum.

I want my boys to grow up with grass roots values. I want them to know respect, empathy, compassion for other humans, and the value of hard work.

I want them to experience massive joy and a house where they’re free to be loud and express their authentic selves.

I want them to know and experience real love. ❤️

I want them to be willing to help.

And put others before self without ever checking out on themselves either.

I want them to be warriors, with infinite strength,

Yet with hearts as soft as anything. I want them to deeply cultivate emotional intelligence.

I want them to be good human beings.

Sometimes being a parent isn’t easy. But every day I know that doing the hard things, teaching them old-world lessons, exposing them to real human love and showing up for them in total reckless sillyness (**^insert: me ✋🏻) is what builds a better generation.
We’re not here to repeat old ways and that’s a privilege and a purpose 🙏.

I’m not perfect - but I’m proud of the mumma I am.
