Frequently Asked Questions:

I'm Gluten / Dairy Intolerant / Vegan / Vegetarian. Is the meal plan ok for me?

Absolutely! All of my meal plans are gluten and dairy free and plant based can easily be accommodated too.

Are all recipes provided?

The Reset is provided as a detailed guide with what to eat at different times of your cycle. I provide loads of Bonus recipes to help you in the Private Facebook Group.

I'm not sure about fasting. Do I have to do it?

No, definitely not! The fasting strategies in the program are completely optimal.

What if you're Peri-Menopausal or Menopausal? Can I still join?

You sure can! I actually provide exact strategies for peri- and meno- women in the program! (Hint: you still need hormones)

I've had surgery / hysterectomy / on HRT therapy - can I still join?

Yes, you can! The program is suitable for ALL women.

What if I can't stick to it?

I have a history of yo-yo dieting :(
